By downloading, accessing, purchasing through, or using Hairloom, you agree to these Terms.

1. Hairloom Services

Hairloom provides AI-powered creative and appearance visualization tools including:

Haircut previews
Hair color changes
Beard and mustache previews
Hairstyle suggestions
AI-generated hairstyle images
AI transformation videos

Features may change as the service evolves.

2. AI-Generated Content

Hairloom uses generative artificial intelligence.

AI-generated results may:

Differ from requested results

Occasionally produce unexpected output

AI-generated results are intended for visualization, creative, and informational purposes.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Ensuring you have permission to use uploaded photographs
Ensuring your use complies with applicable law
Ensuring generated content is used responsibly

Do not upload photographs of another individual unless you have the necessary rights or permission.

4. Prohibited AI Content

You may not use Hairloom to create, request, upload, or distribute content involving:

Child sexual abuse or exploitation
Sexualized content involving minors
Non-consensual sexual or intimate content
Illegal activities
Fraud or deceptive activity
Harmful impersonation
Harassment or threats
Violence intended to facilitate real-world harm
Content infringing intellectual property rights
Content violating another person's privacy
Other content prohibited under Google Play policies or applicable law

Attempts to bypass Hairloom safety mechanisms may result in restriction or termination of access.

5. Content Safety Measures

Hairloom may use:

Generation restrictions
Input validation
Output moderation
Abuse detection
User reporting
Manual review where necessary

6. Reporting Offensive Content

Hairloom includes or may include an in-app reporting or flagging mechanism.

Users may report AI-generated content they believe is:

Offensive
Harmful
Illegal
Inappropriate
Abusive
Deceptive
Otherwise prohibited

Reports can be submitted from within Hairloom without requiring the user to leave the application.

7. AI Hairstyle Results

Hairloom hairstyle previews are simulated results.

A real haircut, hair coloring treatment, beard style, or salon result may not look the same as an AI-generated preview.

Hairloom does not guarantee that a real-world hairstyle will exactly reproduce an AI-generated result.

8. Hairstyle Recommendations

Any hairstyle suggestion based on facial characteristics is an automated recommendation intended for inspiration.

It is not professional styling, medical, dermatological, or health advice.

9. Ownership of Uploaded Content

You retain applicable rights in your original uploaded photographs.

By submitting content, you authorize Hairloom and its service providers to process it only as reasonably necessary to:

Provide requested functionality
Generate AI results
Maintain system security
Detect abuse
Meet legal obligations

10. Subscriptions

Hairloom may provide auto-renewing subscriptions.

Before purchase, applicable subscription information will be displayed, including:

Renewal terms

Users should review all purchase information before confirming payment.

11. Recurring Subscription Benefits

12. Subscription Renewal

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew according to the billing terms displayed through Google Play unless canceled.

Subscription prices may vary by country, currency, taxation, and applicable Google Play pricing.

13. Subscription Cancellation

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their Google Play account.

Uninstalling Hairloom does not cancel an active subscription.

After cancellation, premium access may remain available until the end of the currently paid subscription period, subject to Google Play's applicable terms.

14. Introductory Offers and Trials

Some users may be eligible for:

Introductory pricing
Free trials
Promotional periods
Discounted initial billing periods

Eligibility, duration, pricing, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.

Unless canceled, an eligible auto-renewing subscription generally continues at the applicable subscription price after the introductory or trial period according to the purchase terms.

15. One-Time Purchases and Coins

Hairloom may offer one-time purchases, virtual coins, or credits.

Coins may be used for eligible AI functionality shown in the app.

Virtual coins or credits:

Have no independent cash value
Are not legal currency
Normally cannot be exchanged for money
Normally cannot be transferred to another user
Are intended solely for Hairloom functionality

16. Payment Processing

Digital purchases made in Hairloom's Google Play distribution are processed using the applicable Google Play billing system when required.

Google Play may manage:

Billing
Payment method processing
Purchase authorization
Subscription management
Certain refund requests

17. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to:

Google Play's applicable refund policies
Applicable consumer protection law
Any mandatory rights available in your jurisdiction

18. Service Availability

Hairloom relies on network connectivity and may rely on external AI or cloud services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Similar or identical results may be generated for multiple users.

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of generated content does not infringe third-party rights.

22. Intellectual Property

Branding

Software

are owned by or licensed to Hairloom except where otherwise stated.

Users may not unlawfully copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit protected portions of Hairloom.

23. Disclaimer

Hairloom provides AI-generated creative and visualization functionality.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated results are:

Completely accurate
Identical to real-world results
Error-free
Unique
Suitable for every purpose

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hairloom and its developer are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from use of Hairloom.

This limitation does not affect liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary because of changes to:

Subscription functionality

Google Play requirements
